Who I am

I'm Sara, living in Lugano, Switzerland with my multicultural family.

After several years of experience in the communications and events' field, in 2016 I decided to retrain professionally, starting an accredited training to become an Professional Certified Coach ICF, Identity Coach, Caregiver Coach. With my curious and positive soul I love to welcome my clients in a safe space: each session therefore turns into a small embassy, where people can express themselves freely, sharing their personal and deepest thoughts, feelings and emotions, respecting their needs and timing.
